Colonial Candles of Cape Cod Hand-Dipped Tapers
I am second to none in my appreciation of electricity and the illumination it has provided us so faithfully at the flip of a switch. With that said, I must admit that I am also a sucker for candlelight as well ... and if you like candles, you will love Colonial Candles of Cape Cod. They are expensive but well worth the money, delivering clean, extensive and smooth "burn time." I have bought the Classic Tapers (8") in a beautiful Amber (or "rust" color) but my favorites are the 6" Hand-Dipped Tapers which were available in a delicate shell pink color which matched the Winter Peach painted...

Do not order mattress from this company ! Where to start let's see if you order over the phone and they offer you a "free" bed set mattress cover, sheets etc. do not accept what they do not tell you is if you open it and then proceed to send the mattress back you are charged $150 this set is not worth that. Now when you need to send it back you are required to find a mattress box this is a very hard thing to do, so then you find boxes big enough to cover and cut and tape together the best you can not to get charged up to 50% of the mattress cost if anything is wrong with mattress. Tempurpedic Grand Bed
My wife and I have had our Tempur-pedic Grand bed now for over 6 years. We like it better than our spring mattress; but even after the break in period, I still have lower back discomfort. I am wondering if I it's me or is there others with the same problem. I bought the bed with the proper lower box (spring) support. I made sure I had plenty of slats for supporting the mattress/box on my bed frame. I've tried numerous pillows Tempur-pedic and traditional types.
Any inputs from others with the same situation would be greatly appreciated.
Black & Decker DCM100B 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Pot
I purchased a Black and dwcker coffee summer of 2008 for less than twenty dollars and was very pleased with it. It did not leak and brewed great coffee. I love my coffee and was disappointed when it finally gave out after aprx. 18 months. I purchased another Black and decker this time for over forty dollars and the box said spill proof carafe. Not true, it not only leaks very,very badly when pouring, it also has a tendency to leak as it is brewing. I am very disappointed. I paid over twice as much and got a coffee maker of far less quality. If this pot lasts long enough to save money...

The Jack Lalanne Power Juicer is the best. I paid $99 for it at Bed, Bath, and Beyond a couple of years ago. This juicer is very easy to use and comes with a great recipe book for mixing fruits and vegetables into great healthy drinks. My family loves the fresh apple juice from the Power Juicer. You just throw the entire apple in the juicer - peel, seeds, core and all. The apple juice comes out dark and thick and you know it has to be good for you. Electrolux Ergorapido Vacuum
I didn't mind paying the price, but was very disappointed by the performance. It has very little suction, and what is worse, it starts to release whatever I have picked up after using it for a minute! I can easily make my carpet more dirty by using this for a while! It also has a very tiny pickup tank, so it needs to be cleaned before every use! A real waste of money!
Glad ForceFlex Tall Kitchen Trash Bags
We recently switched to Glad ForceFlex it is worth every bit of the dollar more just to not have to pick the trash up off the floor not to mention the leaks in the bottom of the can I am so happy we switched I am Glad sent me a free sample cause they sold me 100% dont think it can get any better in a trash bag
Dyson Animal DC 14 Animal Vacuum
I absolutely love my Dyson Animal. I have 2 dogs and a cat. Pet hair is a huge problem in our house. I have to vacuum at least every other day. I have had my Dyson vacuum for about 2 years and it works just as good as it did on day 1.
This is the only vacuum that can handle my pet hair. We had 2 other vacuums before this and burned out the motor with all the pet hair. One only lasted 6 months the other didn't even last 1 month. Both were supposed to be able to handle pet hair, but I guess they couldn't handle my retriever/chow mix.

My wife bought a bottle of The Works, a toilet bowl cleaner that we had not previously seen. We wanted something that would take care of rust stains and hard-water scale, which are a problem at our house in the mountains. My wife thinks that it cost $2.50 for a 28-ounce bottle.
What it is
The Works came in a plastic bottle that has a bent neck, making it easy to squirt it up under the rim of the toilet. What shoots out is a thick bluish liquid, which has a pleasant mildly perfumed smell. The active ingredient is 20-percent hydrogen chloride -- more about this in a moment.

I was a beginner sewer. This machine helped me become comfortable and confident in it and sewing. I have, in the last two years of owning it, become quite the sewer.
