Weider Weider Platinum Plus Home Gym
When I first purchased this item I was a bit nervous as I have had bad experiences in the past and have been afraid to try an all in one piece. I decided to take the plunge and not a moment goes by that I am not happy I did.
The Pros: The item comes complete with training manuals and a workout DVD to help you decided what you should do. The equipment is very easy to use and very safe. I have found it has just the right combination of things to give one a complete and thorough workout and of course does not take up too much space. Total Gym Total Gym 1000
We bought Total Gym 1000 Ultra from QVC many years ago. My husband and I love it at first but after several used it broke. The glideboard came off the track when we exercised and so did the cable. I had to stop and adjusted every time. On top of that, the glideboard is too short. My husband is over 6 ft, he can't fit his whole body length on that tiny board.

Keys Fitness Multi-Angle Bench
Very nice piece of equipment! I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. You can adjust the bench to do upright 90 degree exercises or adjust the back of the chair to do incline/decline exercises. There is also an additional piece you can add on the front of the bench for barbell bicep curls. There are roller pads at the bottom to stabilize feet. Rollers on back side for easy maneuverings. Quality leather too. Reasonably priced.

I have used this elliptical machine about 4 times a week for about 45 minutes a day. It is great as I watch my DVD and forget I am excercising until the last 15 minutes. You can lean back more, go slower to work the resistance. It counts calories and time as well. I used it and over 6 months lost 45 pounds and losing more now. You can fold it flat and put it away in a close if you want. You do not slip as there are ridges on the pedals. I would recommend it to anyone and the cost was reasonable as well. I like the weider free weights because they look great and they are less expensive than other weight sets sold around,it is a great brand name very famous since the 80s I have always wanted to buy their equipment.
I like to train with the best equipment and for me weider is one of the best,more ergonomical ,economical weights around.
I like quality sice I have bought stuff that wass torn or rusted in a short period of time.

Pacemaster Gold Elite

Ironman M3R Recumbent Bike
I have ridden this bike everyday for the last four years for 35 minutes. It has served me well. During that time I have had to replace straps that hold my feet on the pedals twice and the back cushion once. Each time I called the parts department at their main headquarters, and they were invariably helpful and nice. Once they did not have the parts in stock, and there was a delay in getting them. Another time they sent the wrong part even though I'd given them the correct number from the diagram in the instruction book. They said to just keep the wrong part, and they shipped the right...

AB Lounge 2 Abdominal Excerciser
The ab lounge is lets see...how can I put this nicely...a piece of crap! It is basically a chair that is no different from any other. In fact, you are more likely to see results from getting up off the couch than with this thing. It is just another one of those as seen on tv ploys that never stand up to their claims.
Gazelle Gazelle Edge
Before I joined a gym, the Gazelle Edge was a good "get started". I had never exercised before and have severe asthma. This got me started. I worked out on this during an hour-long TV show. Once I had lost some weight and was comfortable with joining a gym, I really haven't used the Gazelle since. Now that I've used a regular elliptical, the Gazelle Edge just doesn't getting me pumping the same.

I purchased this product used and it has been around a while, that is why the review. I am very impressed with Weslo and its products. This treadmill is in good condition and still runs as well as it did new.
