Home Depot - New Albany, IN Review

       I was looking for a ice maker filter...I could not locate it on my own.  The female clerk in the kitchen dept. did three things.

          She looked herself for a match.

           Consulted with another asssociate for help.

          Called a toll free number on my old filter and asked for a local vendor.

      She then helped me with items in electrical department.

       It is my experience that associates in the large box stores are so busy trying to help customers and do all their other assigned chores...that a customer tends to get a quick answer.   I appreciated the time given to my concerns.
