I use this heater in the office since the thermostat stays on one temperature and since its a large office building it gets colder in some offices at different times during the day. Actually, we all have one of these in each of our offices. Anyway, its a little heater but it does the trick. Typically if I'm going to be cold, it'll be at the lower parts of body. This little heater heats up my legs and feet. It's not a silent heater, at times it seems relatively loud if you're near it but someone across the hall won't hear the heater but it'll be difficult at times to hear them when they're speaking to you if they are at their desk in their office. It probably didn't cost very much considering they put one in each of our offices so I would conclude that it was a good buy. I've had this heater for more than 4 years and since I've had it, it has turned off suddenly 2-3 times but the next day it is back to working just fine. Good little heater.

Wow, this little package packs a boost of heat that is welcome in the cold environment we live in. Oil prices and propane are outrageous. Using these small ceramic heaters from holmes has made a significant difference in the warmth in our home, not to mention the cost for heat overall, including the electric bill. Performance We own 3, they have never failed when needed. We do use all regularly and depend on them often. Ease of Use I do not know anyone that would not have the ability to use these heaters. They are simple to use, and safe as well. Durability I would run out of fingers to count on to number the amount of times I have kicked or knocked things onto this heater. It shows no wear after 5 plus years of ownership. Design Designed perfect. Sits safely on the floor with no possibility of being knocked over. We love it. Safety Extremely safe and easy to use. The factor of safety in your home is the most important one someone needs to look at, especially when purchasing a heater. You will be pleased and feel safe with a heater by Holmes, especially this specific model.

I have this heater and use it all the time. My husband and I have totally different opinions on the thermostat setting, so this comes in handy. I work at home, so I just turn on the heater in my office and close the door, so he can have the rest of the house cold while I'm warm and toasty. Performance This heater is the perfect size for a mid-sized room, at least for me. It heats the room very well and pretty quickly. Ease of Use The heater is very easy to use. The controls and simple without an overwhelming number of options, and it's small enough to put away when I am not using it. Durability I've had this heater for a while, along with other Holmes products, and I have never had any kind of problem. It gets used quite a lot, but it still works perfectly. Design The fan helps distribute the heat without making it suffocatingly hot. Safety Since it is a ceramic heater with an automatic shutoff, I feel like it is very safe. It never gets too hot when it's on to pick it up to move it.
