If you want to alternate between shitting and pukeing then you will be fine and want be let down because on this diet this is pretty much all you will be doing....

Okay, so I am a healthy individual , began working out and eating healthy In since the start of the year as I was part of a weight loss competition. Due to health reasons I have been unable to work out like I wanted, so I thought I would try this diet. A friend of mine did it last year and she lost 5lbs so I figured,, go ahead and give it a try. My final weigh in is coming up so any last minute poundage loss is good. So,,, Its now 11:30pm on the first day, I was feeling fine, a little hungry but nothing I couldnt handle, until about 45 mins ago when I got a terrible headache and rather sickly. I took a couple of headache meds with the last of my juice and am heading to bed. I will let you know any results and side effects tommorrow...But, so far, not as bad as I have read, but tomorrow IS another day!!!...

I have always been curious about this product so I bough it on 02/13/09, I did not eat anything all day and just followed the directions for this product. At first it was OK but I got a huge headache after 3pm, it made me really sick and nauseous and I ended up throwing up at about 9pm. I felt horrible.....PLEASE DO NOT BUY... its a waste of $$$$. It DOES NOT WORK!

Well, it advertieses that you'll loose about 10lbs, and you do...for about a day or two. Plus, you are very hungry the whole time you're doing this, then they reccomendto eat raw fruits and veggies a few days afterwards. It's painfull, and unless you only need to look slimmer for a special occasion, then, leave this one on the shelf....

It took all of 8 hours for this stuff to make me so sick that I ended up losing the 10lbs plus more but unfortunately it was because it made me violently vomit and have diarrhea. After reading the contents I decided to try it on a Friday thinking that if there were any internal cleansing effects I would be home and not at work by the time it would kick in. The sugar content was so high that I had a headache about 2 hours after I had the first drink. The taste wasn't too bad but by the third and last drink it, I think cod liver oil would have tasted better. By Saturday all I could do is try to sip water and try to sleep. The effects were very similar to having the flu but without a fever. It was a good week before I could eat anything without it going right through me. I guess that could be a benefit but a completely unhealthy one. I've found that doing a juice fast by making my own juices was great but if you don't have a juicer or don't have the time, low salt and low...

I sat at home for a weekend with a friend and didn't eat anything for 48 hours (ok 40 hours). The first morning, I drank my breakfast and it didn't taste bad at all. You could taste the bananas and oranges and it had a very, very, mild mineral taste but it was acceptable. However, by the end of the day, knowing that, that was the only thing that I was going to taste for another 24 hours, made me sick to my stomach every time I took a sip. I made due my holding my breath as I drank it and then it was fine. Did I go crazy with hunger? Nope, by Saturday evening, there were no hunger pains at all. In fact the only time I was going truly crazy was on Sunday evening when I went to a friends house and watched her eat dinner and smelled the food.

Did I lose weight, not 10 pounds but I felt great, my skin completely cleared up and I felt better about myself.

It is a good idea for everyone to fast every now and then and this does give you the supplements that you lose by not eating for two day. But......

The only thing a fasting diet is good for is cleansing. I was STARVING when I did the Hollywood juice diet. I have done weight loss counseling for over twenty years, and it is simply not healthy to do a diet like this. The only benefit I can see is if a fairly thin person wanted to lose 5 pounds before a big event. Unfortunately, the only weight to lose weight in a healthy manner is to eat a healthy diet and gets lots of exercise - both cardio and weight training. I would definitely not recommend the Hollywood diet to anybody....

I thought that I would lose weight before going on a trip. I decided to use this so called miracle drink. I was absolutely starving and onry. Making a normal dinner for my family and not eating it was torture. I will try to consume less and excercise more from now on....

I had an important event to go to and wanted to drop a few pounds. I decided to try Hollywood Diet Hollywood 24 Hour Miracle Diet. All it was, was a weak multivitamin and sugar in a glass. Anyone would lose weight not eating anything for 24 hours. But the second they ate or drank, the weight would be back on. A ridiculous - and possibly dangerous - plan.

I know I need to eat because I have low blood sugar. I know this because I once tried to lose a few quick pounds with the Hollywood Diet Hollywood 24 Hour Miracle Diet. I felt horrible and, as a result, learned of my hypoglycemia. But even if I didn't have a sugar issue, this is just plain silly and any weight lost will be right back on the second you eat or drink anything.

This is a 16 ounce bottle of juice-like stuff that tastes OK. I would never think of going 48 hours although they sell a 48 hour container of the stuff. But I figured one day of not eating and drinking this supposedly healthy drink would...
