Hollywood Diet Hollywood 24 Hour Miracle Diet —

Okay, so I am a healthy individual , began working out and eating healthy In since the start of the year as I was part of a weight loss competition. Due to health reasons I have been unable to work out like I wanted, so I thought I would try this diet. A friend of mine did it last year and she lost 5lbs so I figured,, go ahead and give it a try. My final weigh in is coming up so any last minute poundage loss is good. So,,, Its now 11:30pm on the first day, I was feeling fine, a little hungry but nothing I couldnt handle, until about 45 mins ago when I got a terrible headache and rather sickly. I took a couple of headache meds with the last of my juice and am heading to bed. I will let you know any results and side effects tommorrow...But, so far, not as bad as I have read, but tomorrow IS another day!!!
