    mostly juice and vitamins, Good Taste

Cons
    Can make you violently ill, Expensive, gets gross after several hours, Made me sick, sicky sweet, Hard to do

I have always been curious about this product so I bough it on 02/13/09, I did not eat anything all day and just followed the directions for this product. At first it was OK but I got a huge headache after 3pm, it made me really sick and nauseous and I ended up throwing up at about 9pm. I felt horrible.....PLEASE DO NOT BUY... its a waste of $$$$. It DOES NOT WORK!
