It Just doesn't work

try to eat healthy, unhappy on a restrictive diet, A frequent snacker, an emotional eater, A carb addict, a health enthusiast, stupid for trying to take a short cut, very health conscious

Pros

    no appetite suppressants

Cons
    no iron, sicky sweet, can be dangerous, gets gross after several hours

I thought that I would lose weight before going on a trip.  I decided to use this so called miracle drink.  I was absolutely starving and onry. Making a normal dinner for my family and not eating it was torture.  I will try to consume less and excercise more from now on.
