Holland America Line - Zuiderdam Eastern Caribbean Reviews

I have to agree that Holland America is the best cruise line, for anyone who doesn't want to be in the middle of a constant party or theme park atmosphere. — We have travelled on the Zuiderdam and the Westerdam, on different Caribbean itineraries, loved every minute. Treated like a celebrity, nothing is too much trouble and yet the staff ( at all levels) remain friendly, open and warm. — We have tried other lines and been disappointed. The ms Zuiderdam was a great ship and I truly enjoyed my week.  However there were some points that I would have changed if I could.  Holland America is traditionally known for being a line that attracts older passengers.  I found this statement to be true.  It is more upscale and less relaxed than a Carnival ship.  In the 20-40 age group, I recommend sticking with Carnival for more trendy activities. … read full review »
