Have you been Naughty or Nice this year? Is Santa going to bring you a nice gift or coal? If Nice what is it that you are asking Santa to bring you this year?

I've been nice. My list for Santa is simple: Something homemade and I don't care what as long as you took the time to make it and made it from the heart. Other then that some peace in this world and to bring our troops home safe and sound!

I've been naughty/nice according to my husband. I'm wanting a new ring and the appropriate proposal from my husband, but I think I'll have to wait. That's a big purchase that can not be made this yr. I don't require much.....oh, I know my husband can cook dinner every Friday like he's supposed to. On his day to cook, he picks something up to eat instead of cooking. That is so unfair.

I'm not sure what you mean by naughty, so I'll simply say what I want for Christmas.

First, I want for my mom to feel better.  She's been sick since 2005 and not really getting healthier, but I wish, just for one or two days, that she would feel better.

Second, I want for some of my friends who are unemployed to find jobs.

As for material things, while it's not great to want lots of them, I nevertheless have a few wish-list items, such as DVDs/Blu-rays of Up, Star Trek, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars - The Complete First Season.

It depends on which day we're talking about (-:

I want new barbecue sauces for Christmas, since I love to write about them on my site - Yes You Can Grill.

I want my fiance's father is get better.. he's making a big annoucement on Thanksgiving (Hince why we are going to Colorado this year) and we know it's not a good one. :(

Other than that, I agree with the troops coming home since the war is pointless and unemployed people to find jobs!! It's hard enough with a job!!!

i think i've been nice . I've had to deal with a lot this year. My husband had a leg amputatated, my father in law had a stroke, and now he's going to come live with us after he gets out of rehab.

So I'll I want for Christmas is some piece of mind and start the new year out possitive.I hope I'm not cursing myself. (lol)

Bernay, I wish the best for you. Sounds like the year has been crazy for you. My fiance was crushed by a forklift so we're hoping for a better year too!!

Good luck to everyone on a great new year!!!

Not to get into a political discussion or anything, but which war is pointless?  There are currently two wars going on that involve our troops; one in Afghanistan (which is hardly pointless because that's where the 9-11 terrorist attack was planned and where Al Qaeda was based in 2001) and one in Iraq.

The whole thing is not pointless but really, shouldn't they be home by now???? I hate hearing about people that I know since I was in the Air Force getting killed.. I absolutely hate it!!! My best friend, brother and my cousin are over there right now and I am sick of missing them! It's time for it to be over!

Definitely both, naughty and nice!

As for my list for Santa, still working on it. I'm keeping it short and inexpensive. As for other things, peace is a must. Peace everywhere in the world as well as in each of our homes.

One thing on my list came early. Yesterday, the cancer specialist/surgeon gave us the results of hubby's catscan. She said the enlarged lymph node looks normal and has decided against biopsy.

God and the doctor definitely gave me a wonderful gift.
