Pricey, but a decent hotel.

Such an improvement! After escaping the America's Best Inn farther down on Union, I had this hotel as my last/only option. I had to pay twice as much, but it was worth it. The room was clean, the bed VERY comfortable. The bathroom was small, but inviting. Tons of mirrors, good lighting. Great view. The parking was a bit pricy, but I felt like my car was safe - worth it. didn't have a chance to try the restaraunt, but it looked great. Sushi place RIGHT next door. The Denny's on the other side was even tolerable. Being within walking distance to everything downtown was a plus, too. CD player/clock... read full review »

Great Hotel

We stayed at this hotel on 11/11/07 and the checkin was the most frustrating part.  They were booked the previous night and we could not check in until after 4:00 pm.  The staff was very friendly and the room was great!

The location is close to Beale St and directly across from the Peabody Inn.

The complimentary breakfast for Priority members was very confusing and the hotel definitely needs to get better organized in that area but the food was good and the staff was very helpful.
