Holiday Inn Express LAKE BUENA VISTA - Orlando, FL Reviews

The Holiday Inn Express is located near many shops and restaurants, but sits in a low traffic area. Check-in was quick and easy. The lobby was quiet and clean. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. We even had a balcony. Daily room service was exceptional. The dining options at the hotel is limited to the free breakfast buffet which was delicious and served in a quaint setting that was very clean. The attendants at breakfast were most helpful. This hoel was very nice. It had a full breakfast, but did not have coffee available in the lobby all the time. The rooms were wonderful. Bathroom a little small but nice. Lots of hot water, clean linen every day, and a wonderful clean room every day. Air conditioner was sooo cold, which felt wonderful after spending all day at Disney. Beds were comfortable(wish I could have taken them home with me) Refrigerator and microwave in room. I can't say enough about our stay. It was the best vacation I have ever had. The Holiday Inn Express was very accomadating. We were in a room next to the roof top and heard people sitting outside of the roof one night and I called the front desk who said they would send up security. The next evening we requested to change rooms and they were able to find another room with a king size bed on the same floor. The breakfast they provided was more than I expected. Very nice hotel. The decor was beautiful and the pool was awesome! This location on Palm Pkwy is very convenient to restaurants that you just walk to. The hotel staff was extra friendly when I asked her about a Chinese food restaurant by suggesting a certain place and giving me a menu. She also said they deliver to the hotel so that is also a plus. HIE was great. The location was easily accessable to every thing. Within walking distance was so many restaurants and shoppes.
