I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Danville, VA during the end of August. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a standard room, which was very clean. They provided free passes to a nearby fitness center, which had aeorbic machines and weight lifting equipment. It is an older gym - not extremely up to date but fine for the day. They also provide free passes to a golf course but I'm not a golfer so I didn't check that out. The pool is a decent size and clean. They have a free provide a standard continental breakfast, which consists of your cereal, instant oatmeal, bread, doughnuts, fruit, coffee, and juice. Overall, the hotel was nice and not too expensive.
