We visited Biloxi recently and were aghast at the damages still remaining after Hurricane Katrina. The hurricane was over 2 years ago and the town looks as though the storm blew through last month. We understand that many people have not been able to rebuild or repair their properties because of the goverment restrictions, but it is disheartening to see the barren beach. Gone are all the beach side restaurants, casinos and tiki bars.
The Holiday Inn is in a central location across the street from the beach. It is nearby the Treasure Bay Casino and just a few miles west of the Beau Rivage and the Hard Rock Casinos and Hotels. Thus, you are in a nice central location.
The rooms are clean. Small, but clean and comfortable. And, the price is right at just under $100 a night.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Biloxi.
