Well, my ten year old simple clock radio bit the dust about two months ago. I used it daily as an alarm since I am not one of those people that wake up at the crack of dawn. I usually hit the snooze button at least three times. Needless to say, I was in a hurry to get a replacement. While I was out shopping at Wal-Mart, I found this really cool clock that I just had to have. It was the HoMedics - SoundSpa Clock Radio With Time Projection and it was under $30!

I put this clock on my Bed Bath and Beyond wedding registry because it combined something I needed (an alarm clock) with something I enjoyed (nature sounds). This turned out to be one of my favorite shower gifts!
The shape is uniqueand I've seen some complaints about that, but I like it. It looks cool and fits with my decor. Since it is wider and shorter than most clocks, I don't ever accidentally knock it over like I did with my old clock. It's shape makes it so it's stable.

I purchased this product to block my husband's snoring, but I use it for relaxing when I am stressed, to block out noises in the house when I want to rest.
It is easy to use, convenient and has quality sound. I enjoy waking up to relaxing music or noise. It sets the tone for the day, I think that is very important to having a great day.
I bought the HoMedics SoundSpa Clock Radio With Time Projection last year and after I set it up, I had to run out and buy three more for family members! No kidding! really like this clock. The projection part is great. I do have two small critiques. First, the lights on the clock are entirely too bright, even with the dim switch on. I have put electrical tape over it, so that I can sleep at night. Or I put on a face mask to cover my eyes, but that is just not comfortable. Id also like to have some different sounds. The HoMedics SoundSpa Clock Radio With Time Projection is very much worth the money. This clock is just awesome. It has several sound effects to go along with the projection. The projection can be moved to about any angle. I would buy this again and again. I really like this clock. The projection part is great. I do have two small critiques.
