This is one of my favorite classic movies. Definitely in my top ten. The chemistry is great between Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell with dialogue that moves a mile a minute. They most certainly don't write scripts like this anymore. Although it was released in 1940, His Girl Friday it has stood the test of time. In fact I had the opportunity to watch it again last night and would gladly do it again - it's that good.
