The face wash has helped a lot in cleansing my skin. I have used it only once a day and I have gotten good results. Effectiveness The face wash gives a very cool feeling when applied and it helps to make the skin soft after usage. It has helped to me clean the pores on my skin and remove any impurities like dust. I would recommend using it after coming back home as it will immediately remove any impurities that may have settled on the face when we are outside. Ease of Application It is a gel based and so very easy to apply on the skin and it lathers well in water. A small amount gives a lot of lather and has to applied throughout the face and if rubbed in circular motions both clockwise and anticlockwise, it would give better results. Scent The face wash does have the smell of neem but it is not very strong to make it difficult to use. I liked the coolness when I used the gel and I would recommend it to people to travel a lot in polluted areas.

I have oily skin. I tried the Oxy Pads. (Read my Review). Though it was working to clean the skin. I would still get breakouts because of my oily skin... So on trying the Himalaya Purifying Neem Face Wash for oily skin, not a scrub, i realized that it's only a little that you need to wash your face, the size of your finger nail. It's green and has a pleasant smell. Rub it into your skin for a minute and then rinse off. For me it doesn't dry out my skin and it leaves it feeling soft and clean. I only started using it about a week ago and I'm pleased with it, so far. I'm also using the Himalaya Herbals Deep Cleansing Astringent Lotion for oily and acne prone skin after i use the face wash. So Pointers: Look for a product that suits your skin eg. Oily Skin, Sensitive skin. If you don't know go to a doctor or go get a facial and the professionals will tell you what type of skin you have and what to use - which is what i did. Hope this helps....
