I ordered from 3 other companies, some of the bare roots were OK and others dried out and in terrible shape, none could compare with High Country. plants or service. High Country is the one I trust to always send a quality product in good condition.

Nice plants and decent shipping, but I expect better customer service for the price I paid. First my husband called about a missing plant in our shipment and was on hold for 30 min. I followed the link for chatting with a customer representative and the message I got was that they would respond via email and I should look at the plants they have on sale??? Seriously?

Received order promptly. Success of planting still unknown at this time. Plants arrived at the beginning of several days of below freezing so kept them inside under skylight, well watered. Just planted lavenders yesterday. They're still alive and looking perky so I'm hoping they willl survive and thrive!
