    Nicely Priced, Flat Screen, 17 Inches, Comes with Speakers, Slim Cabinet and Design., Silver Trim, Liquid Crystal Display

Hewlett Packard pavilion F1703 Flat Screen Monitor — 

I got the Monitor and I like how it look and it was my first Flat Screen. It came with 2 Harman

Kardon Speakers for very decent Stereo sound and it was very easy to hook up. The New

Design in the Power Pack was New as I was used to the easy to plug in Line Cord but this

is more Safe as the Pack will go bad before any damage is done to the Monitor itself.

It makes it a little more bulky but You just place the Power Pack behind the Computer Desk

or Work Station. So I hooked up the Speakers and the Power to the back of the Monitor

and attached the Monitor Cable and Powered it up and a Beautiful, Clear, Sharp and Bright

Screen came up and such a difference Compared to the Big Bulky Old Fashioned type of

Monitor I Replaced and it is like a New Computer. The $200.00 was the right Price I wanted

to Spend from One of the Leaders in Computers You can Buy and rely on Good Quality.

I am Sorry to Hear You & others are having Problems with the f1703, I had a Sharpness and Out of Focus Issue. I brought the
Monitor to My Local Electronics & Appliance Retailer & it was Returned to Me in a Week. It just needed to be Reset to Factory
Specs. I have My Monitor for around Years also, if many other Owners also have the same Monitor Problem as You then get together a List of Contact Information & Write a Letter & Mail it if You get a Unhelpful Response. I Sent a Defective Printer
Catridge.

check out this monitor on googles site. many people are not happy with HP or This monitor. Goes black !!! no great help from HP either. Just the usual run-around. This is a definate LEMON>

You might want to take it off you wish list. I have had this model for only 3 years and it goes black about every15-20 minutes.. Go go Google and look at the number of people who have had the same problem. NOT a good monitor .
