I bough this laptop a little while ago and am mostly satisfied. My big gripe is that it came preloaded with a lot of Microsoft programs and is configued to use them. This would be fine except it only has a trial subscription, after that runs out you need to pay for the programs or the computer gets a bit wacky. I haven't caved and paid yet, but am having some trouble emailing and editing photos. I also have to use works instead of word. On the bright side, I have had less problems with crashing and bugs then previous computers. The screen is nice and bright and large. The battery life is good. It is a bit heavy. I wish the sound was louder, if you plan on listening a lot I would invest in some seperate speakers or at least headphones. Mine has the fingerprint security verfication which is a nice feature. I like the mouse (for a laptop that is). It is a slick looking computer, people tend to think you are loaded when they see you using it.
