I bought my HP computer over the phone since I had questions that I wanted to clear up before I purchased one online. I was able to customize it myself and choose all the things I wanted and got all the fastest and biggest memory and RAM. I chose the small screen however because I think the bigger ones are just a waste of space. After everything it only cost me a tad over $500. It was shipped within the week and I love it! It is very cute and sleek and works great! Better than any I've ever used. I really recommend it!! I am still getting used to the Vista software though but luckily already have others that I've purchased to install if I would like. I like Vista but like I said it takes some getting used to since it is different.
