Hewlett Packard desktop computers —
When I first got this Compaq Presario.. which i did not realize was just a HP computer with a different name, it was a great package. Great processor, Got a wide screen 19". I don't know all the specs anymore. Most people would say my computer is out dated because i got it over a year ago, but it was the first computer to come out with Windows Vista.. which I thought was great.. I have the latest program.. PAIN. Vista word processing programs have trouble interfacing with WIndows XP.. So if you have to take your word docs to get printed anywhere that does not work with Vista, They can't print it. It comes out as a corrupted file. *sighs* That, and all of HP customer support is in INDIA or somewhere other than the states. I Can't understand a thing the techs say, and they can barely understand me.. Where is the customer service in THAT? Bring the jobs back to the U.S. U.S users should have U.S Support.. Indian users should have India support, Japanese users.. Japanese support.. you get the idea....
