We have had our laptop about 8 months and love it.  The touch screen at the top allowes us to quickly play our dvds and mp3s.  I know people say vista stinks but we love it especially the new media library!!!  The only issue we have had to deal with is downloading new vist drivers from the internet for some or our devices (printers ect.).  Oh and a heads up...the new microsoft office has moved alot of there formatting buttons...but you'll get use to it.
