I bought this printer about a year ago via a deal Circuit City was running on this particular photo printer.

At first, I was a little leary.  I had recently had some bad lucky with my HP portable photo printer and I was a little hesitant to buy something from HP again.  I also couldn't believe how much ink I would go through using my portable HP and I was a little worried I would go thought the same amount of ink OR MORE using a "regular sized" HP printer.

When I purchased my printer, I also purchased an ink bundle that included enough ink and enough photo paper to print 150 photos (which is true to it's word give or take a couple photos).

I cannot get over the quality of the photos - it's almost as if I just picked these up from my local one-hour photo!  We have done the math, and it's a HECK of a lot cheaper too!

The HP software that comes with the pritner is extremely helpful and useful.  I chose to do my photo editing via photoshop - but for the average everyday photo taker/user - it has features such as crop, red-eye removal, AND a special tool that let's you know when you are running low on ink and WHICH ink you are running low on.

Over all, one year later, I am still EXTREMELY happy and EXTREMELY willing to tell people how happy I am with my HP printer.
