Hewlett Packard Pavilion dv6000t PC Notebook Review

I bought my HP laptop last August on sale at Staples last year at the beginning of August. By September my laptop was making a lot of clinking sound. I was still under the manufactures warantee so I called customer service to see what the issue is. Turns out there is a problem with the cooling fan. I sent it into to them and ten days later I got it back with the same issues. I bought a warantee for four years and definitely enjoyed the price of a pc versus a mac or a linnux but all this trouble is definitely not worth it. On top of this the small rubber pieces that are attached to the laptop to prevent wear when it closes have fallen off (after 2 months).

This is a beautiful laptop with great features. This is my first time using a hp computer and maybe I just have a defective one. I'm really trying to think of good things to say but even small factors such as the below average battery life and this is definitely not for college students who plan to spend a lot of time away from a power outlet. On the upside the laptop seems to be relatively energy efficient.
