I have had this Hewlett Packard Pavilion a250n desktop computer for a number of years but I have not been happy with it. The main problem now is that the disk makes noise, which causes me to worry because I don't want to loose any data. The monitor that came with this computer died a long time ago.
My biggest issue is with Hewlett Packard customer support. All of the support personnel are overseas, with thick accents making it very difficult to understand them. All of their responses are canned and are not helpful. If you get transferred to another department, also overseas, you have to go through the entire issue again even though they have notes in your record right in front of them. I have spent many hours on the phone trying to get help from Hewlett Packard customer support. My advice to everyone is not to bother wasting your time calling Hewlett Packard customer support...instead find someone else who is willing to help you.
