Hewlett Packard PSC 1400 series Review

Hewlett Packard makes a lot of high quality products, and they don't stop doing so. I really like this brand after owning a Hewlett Packard computer, I decided to add a Hewlett Packard PSC (printer, scanner, copier) 1400 series along with it. I knew I wanted a copier in my printer, and this one does quite well. When my son was younger, he had a lot of hospitalizations and I had to have copies of his medical records to send in to be reimbursed by our insurance company. At 10 cents a copy, I realized that adds up really fast. It was at that time when I told my husband that the next printer we buy, it will have a copier also. We use it a lot. The scanner is ok. I don't scan a lot of stuff, but what I have scanned is, plainly put, viewable. It's not a crisp, sharp, clear as a whistle scan, but it gets the job done. The printer works very well. Everything prints clear, and you can choose to print in color or black and white. The ink refills are affordable at around $30 for both a black refill and a color refill. If anything happens to this printer, I would buy another one.
