A little troublesome from time to time, but worth it overall.
I've had this printer for a little over a year now, and find it to MOSTLY be trustworthy. It's the first all-in-one printer I've had in awhile, and chose it with the help of a sales associate at a local office supply store, noting it was my last year of grad school and there would be a high amount of printing. I also liked that it had a wireless connection and usb/photo card options. That being said, the printer jams a moderate amount of times, the scanner interface could be a little easier to manage/touch screen could be overall less confusing and more user-friendly, and the wireless connection can be very temperamental. There have been a handful of times my printer won't pick up the wireless connection from my laptop/router, or a similar type of disconnect where everything is clearly set up right but the printer doesn't receive the commands - and you can waste anywhere from 15 minutes to nearly an hour trying to fix that connection issue, depending on how stubborn it is (and how many times you shut things down and restart them, and I'm talking printer, laptop, router, repeat). Overall, it's a decent printer. Aside from the wireless connection issues, my only other complaint is that the ink needed for the printer has seemingly internal expiration dates. I was warned, when purchasing it, that these inks only had a certain amount of shelf life, whether I used them or not and would likely drain at the same rate and need replacing at the same time (which is VERY true and can get expensive). Regardless, print and scanning quality are excellent.
