II call the Hewlett Packard customer service line because I couldn't find information about my printer that I needed. I neede to ask the name of a part for my printer that I needed to replace and find out if I could purchase it. I was told that my warranty was up, I could be transfered to the technical department and it would cost me $39.00 to get the answer to my question, becuase the warranty was expired. It wasn't as if I was asking them to replace the part or even how to fix or replace the part. I think that it is rediculous that I couldn't ask a simple question about purchasing a part that related to a piece of equipment I had purchased from them becaue the warranty had expired.
