Hewlett Packard HP Vivera Printer —

My granddaughter has proclaimed me, "An Official Computer Geek!"  As a writer/author I spend much of my time on the computer.  I'm constantly printing proof copies for corrections, tweaking printed outline copy, and printing hardcopy galley.  I needed a fast and reliable printer for both color and black and white print use.  After much online research I found the Hewlett Packard HP Vivera Printer was the best printer for me.  Much of my work is stored on flash drives and multi-media cards.  I required a printer that could accommodate these devices.  The Hewlett Packard HP Vivera Printer had all of this and more!  I'm able to take my memory card from my camera and easily upload illustrations, photos, etc, without the assistance of additional external devices.  This printer also has control buttons for photo fix, rotate, and zoom conveniently located at the front for easy access and simple to use.

The touch screen control panel is brightly lit and adjustable for easy viewing.  It loads multiple paper sizes and has a separate tray for photo paper!  The print quality if amazing!  Printer cartridges are easy to remove, and with daily use last a lot longer than any printer I've used in the past.  It comes with software that when installed tells you when your ink levels are low and provides a direct link to the Hewlett Packard website. Its compact style and size fit well with any computer station or desktop.

If you are looking for a real work horse the Hewlett Packard HP Vivera Printer is, in my opinion, the one to buy.

Great review - I am a fan of HP printers in general and wish my husband would have bought one instead of the epson or whatever we have now!

I keep waiting (with mixed feelings because of the recession) for my old, old HP printer to poop out. Technology races ahead as your enthusiastic review demonstrates. This HP sounds like a good one to look for... just in case. I, too, process a lot of photos as well as copy.

This sounds like a winner too but I'm not sure if I would have room for it -- my space limits me to lightweight printers.
