I purchased mine in July. It has been working great. I have no complaints other than some of the junk on it that I deleted or otherwise got rid of off of the computer. I mostly use my computer for email and chat and managing my music for my MP3. So I dont use any of the word processing stuff at home. I do those things at work - on my employees PC.
