Hewlett Packard HP Pavillion DV6000 Laptop —
My Dell laptop had a major harddrive failure so a couple weekends ago my husband and I went shopping to find me a new one. We looked at all the different brands and they all seemed to come up short on harddrive space, memory or add ons except for the HP DV6000. I wasn't going to settle for less than 2GB of memory and had to have at least a 140 GB harddrive and the DV6000 had it. On top of that it has the built in webcam which I wanted so that I could chat with family and friends without always looking for my cam. We got such a great deal on these ($749 + $50 mail in rebate) that we bought 2 of them!! My husband would have been getting a new one in a few months anyway so we just went ahead and got it now. We both couldn't be happier! =)
