I wish I bought a Dell

Cons
    HP doesn't honor warrenty, Vista, overheating, POOR BATTERY, vista causes many problems, Poor battery life, Too much junk sw preloaded, screen dim on battery power

Hewlett Packard HP Pavillion DV6000 Laptop — 

This is a horrible computer. It's had so many problems in the 7 months I've had it that I've lost count. The service is also terrible. I sent it in because the SERVICE ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM failed and I was told I'd have it back in 2 weeks. We are now going on the 7th week of waiting. The only thing good I can say is at least they call you on the day it's supppose to ship to tell you it's going to be 2 more weeks. I just bought my son a new laptop for graduation and I didn't even look at HP, went straight for the Dell's.
