Hewlett Packard HP Pavilion DV9000 —
I bought a new HP computer 160 gig, 2 gigs memory. It would bring up a white screen 3 or 4 times in the course of each use. It was very disturbing as I had to shrink the screen, click on the tool bar, and press delete every time. I don't know what caused it, but I talke to HP, Microsoft, about it and they suggested that I remove everything from the hard drive, and reload it. As it is a brand new computer,I felt I shouldn't have to to this so I took it back to the store, and bought another HP computer, 200 gig, 2 gig's memory. 9600 series. Guess what. I had it for 1 day, and I kept getting the white screen again. I have always liked my HP computers, but I would think that I am not the only one this is happening to, since it has happened to me twice. I don't know whether to take this one back again or get a different brand. Other than that, I feel that HP gives you alot for your money.
