I have had very few problems with this laptop since I purchased it. I use it daily for work and I sometimes have it on all day into the wee hours of the night. It just "keeps on ticking". It came with decent software and the only real issue I have with it is that it had Vista installed. I am not thrilled with Vista but the computer, its speed and its versatility make up for it in the end. I would highly recommend this product.
