It's fast and easy. Has superior performance. I use it for home use and it covers all my needs excellently. It also easily supports my need of using 3 browsers , sometimes I have 3 different browsers going simultaneously because of timing issues when I need to get things done all at once when having a couple of tabs open in one browser won't do. My old laptop didn't perform this seamlessly.I also like the fact that it has a numeric key pad, this feature has become a must for me. Ease of Use The ease of use for the laptop is excellent. I have found it to be a great product. Battery Life The battery life leaves something to be desired especially if you watch movies on it. But charging it sufficient does not take long at all , in approximately 2 hours of charging your up and running for about 7 hours non stop. Support & Service I have only had to use support/service for this laptop once, and the customer service was acceptable although not thorough. Speed/Performance The speed and performance for this laptop is of paramount quality. That was what I was looking for when I purchased it and I was not let down Design I really like the design.I especially like where the USB ports are located as well as the disk tray. The volume keys are near the screen and I like that too. Durability I will say that the durability of the laptop is very very good. I must confess that I dropped it going up some stairs and the battery popped out. After putting the battery back in all was well and it did not seem to affect the laptop at all. It also must be made of excellent material because not one scratch showed up on it after the accidental dropping of it.
