This is a great computer and ive owned other HPs before. My First HP had battery problems and HP replaced the battery for free twice. Once i got this new computer over 6 months ago i have never had a battery or hardware problem of any kind! This computer is fast - 4gb of RAM, 64-bit operating system, and an AMD dual core processor at 2.3 gHz. The only flaw is its mouse pad. You can tell they are trying to duplicate the features of a mouse pad of an Apple, but they just weren't ready yet. It is a little difficult to use but not bad once you own the computer a week. The hassle is whenever someone needs to use your a computer to check their email or something, they tend to have trouble with it. If only you will be using this computer it won't hinder your work at all and ends up being convient - allowing you to easily zoom in and scroll through web pages and word documents with ease without taking your hand off your mouse pad and mouse buttons. Overall a good computer I have been satisfied with for over 6 months.
