The Hewlett Packard HP laptop is a great laptop for both home use and for students..It is easy to use and the keyboard is a nice size for typing. It is lightweight and easy to move from place to place. It has the built in mouse pad although I prefer the usual old style mouse and there is a USB port of course to plug one in and use with your basic mouse pad. It holds alot of memory for a laptop and has many programs and features. It is fast and does not freeze up or slow down like many laptops do. It has a modern and sleek design. The battery lasts a really long time, I usually use the plug accessory that comes with it so it is always charged but when I take it along with me somewhere , I have ample battery life. It seems to be very durable and I have not had any problems with it There is online support you can get if you need it but I have not had to use that so far. I have had other laptops that wore out after a couple years and am hoping that this one will last longer than that. So far it has been a great laptop for my home.

I bought this laptop over a year ago and it has been extremely reliable. I haven't had a single problem with it except for the fact that it refuses to connect to my TV through the HDMI port. I did Google this problem and it is a common problem for this model of laptop. Luckily I have my mom's laptop to use whenever I want to watch TV through my laptop. One other problem I have with this laptop is that it can get very hot, very quickly. I did purchase a cooling pad for it which helps a little bit but I am always afraid that I will turn it on one day to find my hard drive fried (it did happen to my last laptop which was not an HP). This laptop is extremely easy to use and I have only had to contact HP's customer service one time and they were extremely helpful. I like this laptop because I can do a little bit of gaming on it though I know it is not made for that. It runs a lot of my games like Sims 3 and Skyrim almost flawless so I can't complain there. I think I will definitely purchase another HP after this laptop dies.

My HP Pavilion G Series is absolutely a great computer and it makes a big difference in my life. Lets face it. I am from the technology generation. We would be lost without our technology and all of the uses that technology gives to us. As a college student, I believe that Hewlett-Packard's are one of the best brands of computers in the world. I have always been a big user of HP computers. I find it hard to switch to anyone else, even though through the years, I have used many other computer brands from desktop to laptop computers. The only brand that I have not used is Apple. For me the HP brand is a great choice. I have minimal problems with this brand of laptop. Also, it helps when i can record lectures, work on school assignments, store personal information, and travel with this device. School is an important part of my life. If I did not have this laptop I would have fallen behind in all my class because I have out of school group meeting and assignments that are due and no internet capability at my home. That means, I would have to stay on campus to use their internet and with the internal wi-fi capability that comes with this laptop that is very helpful to me. And is one way to save some cash.

It had more than 4 hours of battery life, a great screen, and 8gb ram. Ease of Use Windows 7 is the best operating system out there. Windows 8 was worse than windows vista, and luckily, this computer comes with windows 7. Battery Life It has worn away over the years, but it still lasts. Support & Service Hp doesn't have good support. It pops up a lot and is annoying.

This is the perfect laptop for me. Not too much, not too little. It serves it's purpose, and serves it well. Browsing the internet, watching videos, photo editing, whatever I want to do, I am able to do. I do graphic design on my computer daily and haven't had a problem. Ease of Use Very easy to use. I use my laptop frequently and am able to do everything I want to do without any issues. Battery Life It has good battery life, but I can't say I wouldn't mind if it was longer! The notification the the battery is low gives me just enough time to get it plugged in. Support & Service I have not had to use support or service for my laptop. I do know that it is available if I need it. Speed/Performance Excellent speed and performance. I do some complicated things on my computer and almost always have multiple programs running. The only slow-down I've had is when I had Spotify. When I removed Spotify, everything went back to normal. Design I love the design! Durability The paint is chipping on my 'mouse', but everything else is in great shape.

the laptop itself is good the window 8 sucks Ease of Use the design for this laptop is nice but the windows 8 is horrible you have to pin everything you want to save and if you don't know much about windows 8 it will be very hard to understand it unless you are a electronic genius i can't even find out how to update this machine and i have gone to help a hundred times and the pinning is the worse.. and so i would say poorly..

This is a great laptop. It's not too big or too small. It is a great starter computer for students. It has good screen clarity and a nice keyboard that's easy for beginner typists. It comes with a built in webcam and speakers. This HP computer has lots of memory and a large hard drive which allows you to store data and files and download images, photo, and videos. I use this computer everyday ranging from surfing the web to word documents to video watching. The battery life ranges up to 4 hours. The only downside is that it wasn't fully loaded with Microsoft Office the full version. Other than that it's a great computer by Hewlett Packard and it's simple and easy to use. Overall I will give it a 4 star. Ease of Use Internet wise, it was easy to use. Finding simple things like the settings, was hard to find. When I first got it, it had many programs on it. So if I didn't save a file correctly I would have to spend hours to try to find it. Battery Life It has a battery life of up to 4 hours. I wouldn't take it with me without the charger. However you can put it into hibernate if it has a low battery. Support & Service The HP service wasn't really needed, but when it was, it was a little confusing. Speed/Performance Very good at first, but after all the files on the computer, surfing the web is becoming an annoying process. Design An easy to use, simple design. The computer itself is also pretty simple: normal sized screen, and middle sized letters on the key board. Durability I think it's pretty durable. I wouldn't drop it and expect it to not crack.
