The Hewlett Packard HP G56-129 laptop PC notebook performs beyond words, so its hard to write an accurate opinion about it. But here goes.  Lets start with the packaging.  The box is solid cardboard with some neat phrases to get you excited about your new toy.  Open it up, unwrap it, and black matte finish on the top remains impressive.  The screen looks great, especially when you turn it on.  The keypad is very responsive, although I rarely use it as I prefer to plug in a usb laser mouse.  I never leave home without it, and I suggest you do the same.  The keyboard is flat and takes some getting used to.  I think the design looks impressive.  That is until you look down in the bottom, right corner and see the intel celeron sticker with logo.  Get a putty knife and scrape that thing off, just pretend it was never there, and hopefully laptop peekers will be none the wiser.  The screen looks just as good as any high end model of laptop.

I recently bought this laptop and have been more than happy with it's performance. It has just the right mix of hard drive and memory. it was super simple to set up. It is very easy to navigate. It is light weight, but the screen size is perfect. There may be lighter varieties, but usually that means the screen and keyboard space are smaller. I am all around very pleased with my purchase!
