We've had this printer for some time. We don't do a lot of printing, but pretty much have found it to be reliable. We do have a lot of problems with paper jams, but don't know if it is the printer or the paper. Due to buy a new supply of paper soon, so we'll see if that improves. This is an all-in-one, so we can print from the computer, copy documents on a flatbed and scan on a flatbed (haven't tried that feature) yet. It also includes a fax which we haven't tested either.
All around, it's been a good household printer, especially for the cost. I believe around $60. We bought it at Staples because they are near the house and generally have good prices on these types of items.
I would recommend it to someone looking for a household printer that doesn't really get a lot of use. The cartridges are as reasonably priced as any others. I haven't had to change the color one yet, but just recently changed the black one. Which brings up one difficult feature - opening the door where the cartridges are. Even though you can see the hinges, it is almost impossible to open. I though I broke it when it came off, but was able to put back on.
