Hertz is an outstanding company in my book. I never really had a problem with there customer service they were kind and fill out the proper froms for me to drive and they asked me about there rental insurance i was like no its a scam there is no way for this much amout of money that you will give me all this. At the time i was like this is a waset of money. Once i walked out of the buliding i got into my renatl car and it was cleaned even tho i got a smoker car it did not smell like smoke i was really suprizied about the way the car smelled. Anyway one night i was driving from kansas City to Nashville when out of no where a deer comes out and i try to miss it but i hit the deer head on. The deer caused damage to the front glass along with the front lights, The damage total was about 2,000 dallors, i did not have to worrie about that oe bit b/c i got the insurance...
