i was very disappointed with this company
long story short they offered free tank of gas for week rental then denied the offer after i rented car. then charged me an extra $2.00 on top of the original quote that they gave me a receipt for when i took the cat-hence i now have two receipts. they explained this as "tax on frequent flier miles" which i intend to look into by contacting continental. why not just tell you that upfront?? whatever it is a real bait and switch operation.
customer service is awful very rude. i wouldnt do business here ever again
