I am somewhat of a chocolate snob, but I think the Hershey's Pot of Gold assortment is actually quite a good selection. I am a fan of Hershey's chocolate, so I figured I would give this a try. All of the chocolate was fresh and tasted great. There was a really huge assortment, which was the best part! I love getting candy boxes, but they need to have a lot of choices. This is a really good, low priced box of candy for anyone!

Hersey's chocolate is great in the right context. I love plain old original Hersey's Bars when I camping with roasted marshmallows (the almond ones are even better). Kisses are festive and delicious. Pot of Gold Assortments though are kind of a flop in my opinion. Hersey's makes great "everyday" chocolate. Valentines or teacher gift chocolate not so much. It just doesn't live up to the creamy consistency and quality of a Whitman's or Russell Stover chocolate for special occasions.

Hershey's has always been ONE of my favorite chocolates. I am a HUGE chocolate lover in general so when they came out with these Pot of Gold, there was no way I wasn't trying one. I didn't like how expensive they were, but I was able to find them on sale, and pair with a coupon (my sister got me into that for sure) and I was so happy I splurged. I know there's a lot of assorted chocolate to pick from out there, but this one really was amazing. With caramel filled, chocolate nougat and peanut butter- MY favorite! I was hooked. The only other bad thing I could say about them was that there needs to be more! I would also love it if they came out with a dark chocolate only line. They aren't that bad in calories either if you just treat yourself to one every now and again. I will definitely continue to buy Hershey's products and will get a pot of gold pack again soon, I even thought about getting them for the stockings of my family for Christmas

I don't consider myself much of a "candy snob", but I have never been a fan of the typical assortment to be found in typical boxed candy sets. There just seem to be too many in the set that no one really likes (those ones usually end up with the finger prints in the bottom from people trying to figure out what they are). That is why I really like the Hersey's Pot of Gold Premium Assortment (12 oz). My husband got them for me one Valentine's Day and now he knows that they are the "must get candy". I like the fact that I enjoy all of the different flavors in this set. There isn't one that I don't like to eat. I also like the fact that they are from Hersey, my favorite kind of chocolate. The only real down side I can see to these candy's is that everyone likes them so I have to hide them so they don't all get eaten by other people before I have a chance to enjoy them. I would highly recommend this set of candy's for people who aren't big fans of the fruit/chocolates that can be found in other traditional sets of candy.

I absolutely love these chocolates. I wait all year for them until Christmas time, because they make a very large gift box of all the best Pot Of Gold bite size pieces. My dad gets me a box each Christmas, its a wonderful gift! From caramel to nougat, you will not be able to get enough of these delicious morsels. They are the best candies in my opinion because they aren't a hard almost stale-like chocolate, always fresh and easy to bite into. I have a lot of teeth pulled in the back & still these are easy to eat. Usually most candies hurt my gums. I would recommend you go buy these! The caramel is just to die for.
