Quality chocolate, good for s'mores!  Sitting by the fire and eating s'mores is the best in the summertime and you can't do that without s'mores.  It's also great for melting and dipping pretzels in.  Chocolate covered pretzels are the best.  Or keep a bar in your freezer and shave pieces onto desserts and ice cream.
