I was introduced to aerated chocolate in Ireland, where it is very popular. I also had some in South Africa, which has very good chocolate. More recently I found these Hershey's aerated chocolate kisses. In my opinion, they are good for being American chocolate, but they are not as good as European chocolate (since South Africa was colonized by European countries, they have the same kind of chocolate). In general, American chocolate is made with more wax, so it doesn't have as good of a taste. But these Hershey's kisses are still good in their own way. The aeration makes the chocolate lighter and fluffier, making it more enjoyable to eat. This aerated structure also allows you to chew the chocolate easier without it getting stuck in your teeth and leaving sugary residue that can cause cavities. I also like adding one or two to coffee to give it a chocolaty flavor. The increased surface area of the aerated chocolate allows it to melt faster in the heat of the coffee, allowing it to quickly blend in without leaving a half-melted chocolate chunk in the bottom of my coffee. These Hershey's kisses are rapidly moving up in my opinion of American chocolate, and I find myself buying them more and more.

This candy is so good. First it is from Hershey's and all there chocolate is great quality, and second there is nothing else like it. I don't know how they get the air bubbles inside of the chocolate, without it collapsing, but this is awesome. Whether you get the kisses or the candy bar form, they taste like heaven. Each bite is sweet and almost fluffy, yet there is no fillers, just the air pockets inside make it feel awesome. They come in great packages that stand put from other candies, shiny silver with bubbles on the outside, and they smell divine. These are great for snacking, but I don't know how they would be for baking, perhaps the air bubbles in the chocolate might make for easier melting, so you may have to experiment with these for baking. Overall, these are a delightful treat, with an airy texture, so very good. I highly recommend these if you enjoy any other Hershey's Kisses or bars. Well worth the price!

I must be one of the biggest Hershey's fans in the whole world. I have tried so many versions of Hershey's Kisses and all are viable in their own right. The Air Delight aerated variety is no exception. It's texture is light, airy and bubbly and for some unexplained reason which I'm sure a food scientist could answer, this means it melts in your mouth so much more easily. It's funny because, when I eat chocolate, I like to savor it in my mouth, let it melt a little and then I gobble it up like the faster it goes down, the better it is. However, whilst I do realize that the air is the special "selling" point of this particular version of Hershey's Kisses, and lets face it, air is free, this begs the following question. Am I happy to pay for the air bubbles or am I sold on the light, airy texture that these aerated milk chocolate candies are known for. To me, the answer is clear. The bubbly, aerated texture is worth the selling price, with or without a coupon.

Hershey's Air Delight Aerated Milk Chocolate Kisses are pretty good. I don't really understand the purpose of all the little air holes other than delivering less chocolate per kiss. They basically taste the same as regular kisses, but they melt in your mouth much faster.

I love Hershey's Kisses and when I saw that they are now making the aerated chocolate, I knew I had to try it! I bought a bag of these and needless to say they were gone in a few days! The best part about Hershey's Air Delights Kisses is the texture! The air bubbles makes the chocolate amazingly light, smooth, and almost whipped. It melts in your mouth. It has a great taste too! I highly recommend these!

This chocolate is so delicious! It is my favorite made by Hershey by far. First of all, it has an adorable wrapper. It is the classic silver with red bubbles on it. This really helps me tell the kisses apart, especially when I put a mixture in the dish on my coffee table. Now, to the good part. The chocolate is so light and airy. It has little bubbles in it that just pop so gently. I love biting into the piece of chocolate and then having my tounge danced on my little chocolate fairies. Eating this chocolate is just a delicious dream to eat and such a joy. This chocolate is so creamy too. Even without the bubbles, the chocolate would still be delicious. It texture is just so rich. The chocolate is obviously not the regular Hershey's chocolate bar. It's a really different formula that they put the bubbles into. Personally, I think that the different formula makes all the difference.
