I recently needed car repairs after a minor accident. Carol at Herrick was super friendly when contacted by my insurance company. She promptly scheduled an appointment and arranged a rental car. When I arrived at the shop she called my insurance company because they neglected to list my rental coverage on the form. She wanted to make sure I was covered and for how much so I did not get stuck with a bill. She called the rental car company to make sure they were on the way so I would not have to wait too long.
In the meantime, Gary inspected my car with me. He made note of any damage that was not caused by the accident (I had a large scrape on the front bumber caused by me in my driveway). Gary was friendly, knowledgable and very friendly.
The office/reception area was neat and clean and there was fresh coffee available at no charge!
But the biggest surprise came when I picked up my car. Not only was the damage from the accident repaired (in a way that did not show any sign of an accident) but they also touched up my scrape at no charge, washed my car, vacuumed my car, dusted the interior, AND left a big box of chocolate chip cookies on the passenger seat with a thank you note! WOW!
The folks at Herrick know how to make a customer happy! It is no surprise that they have been in business since 1948!
P.S. I received a Christmas card from the folks at Herrick's AND a gift card to a local restaurant! I will definately be going back there!
