I was a yoyo dieter all my life, never really had any great changes except starving! I have been on the shapeworks program for 8 weeks and I have lost 32 Lbs. and 18 inches of fat from my frame. I still have a long way to reach my goal, I know I will reach it with ease using these products. Awesome!

hey..i was planning to start this herbal life's shape work...but im not really sure of its reliability in helping to loose weight n maintaining the lost weight after stop using the product ...
as u hav tried this product, wat r ur views abt my concerning questions ?
