Not enough for my thick, tangle-prone hair

First off, this conditioner smells delicious...I couldn't resist the scent and that's why I bought it.  However, it just isn't enough for my long, thick, tangle-prone hair.  It doesn't detangle very well, which is an attribute that I need in my conditioner.  It also doesn't leave my hair feeling all that soft afterward the way other conditioners do.  I ended up buying a different conditioner (L'Oreal Vive Pro Smooth Intense, which I like a lot even though it doesn't smell nearly as good!) and using this one as a shave cream.  Oh well.
