Herbal Essences has long been my favorite brand of hair care products. A few years ago, they discontinued my favorite green shampoo...the one with scents and infusions of kiwi, kumquat, and fig. In my quest to discover a replacement, I came across another shampoo made by Herbal Essences - Drama Clean.

I am very picky about the kinds of shampoo and other hair products that I use. I have used a variety of brands in the past, ranging from lower priced store brands all the way up to very expensive salon brands. I have very oil skin, which results in my having very oily scalp as well. To give you some idea, my hair is so oily that by the time I go home in the afternoons, I need to wash it again. herbal essences drama clean shampoo smells good, but lacks the ability to clean your hair. it leaves your hair with a good smell, but doesn't feel as your hair is clean. For as much as it costs. I will find another brand that actually makes my hair feel clean all over. I love the Herbal Essences Drama clean shampoo & conditioner! It's the best I've found in a long time. After washing my hair it feels clean, it looks shiny, it feels smooth, and it smells GREAT. Although it's more expensive than some other brands on the store shelves, it is still cheaper than the expensive salon brands, and it is definitely worth the difference in price! I also frequently find coupons in the Sunday newspaper for discounts on this product. I love the crisp, trendy packaging as well. It definitely attracts me to consider the product when shopping. Herbal Essences Drama Clean promises refreshingly clean hair with light conditioning.  This is completely true.  I use lots of products in my hair and often swim in highly clorinated pools and I NEVER worry about my hair after I use Herbal Essences Drama Clean.  My hair feels hydrated and squeaky clean and tangles are gone before they form.  I don't even need to use any conditioner because this contains a light conditioning agent that takes care of two steps in one!

I just think Herbal Essences Drama Clean is the best shampoo ever. I used Herbal Essences as a teenager and I am now 50. I used alot of shampoos in between but here I am using it again!!! It has a great lathering factor which I need to make me feel as if it is cleaning well. It also smells great! I get comments all the time about how good my hair smells, especially from my boyfriend and that makes me feel good.
