herbal essences drama clean shampoo smells good, but lacks the ability to clean your hair. it leaves your hair with a good smell, but doesn't feel as your hair is clean. For as much as it costs. I will find another brand that actually makes my hair feel clean all over. I expected this product to be great due to lots of my family and friends use and prefer it. not the case, it leaves your hair feeling like it needs shampooed. I have tried other herbal essence products and they were wonderful, but this one seems to lack the want to clean. maybe the shampoo was old, i just bought it. maybe they need shelf dates so customers know it my be good or not. Im not sure what the answer is but i would not recommend this type of herbal essence shampoo to anyone. Unfortunately they have messed up in my eyes. They need to come out with a new product that is better than this one and not have their loyal customers waisting their money.
